Project Overview
The client is a revenue cycle management company that provides outsourcing services to other parties in health care industries, like billing, credit posting, etc. The ask is to build a knowledge portal for the client's employees so they can quickly learn and review the detailed operation processes of various tasks that they will encounter in day-to-day work.
